We decided to take the Macan EV on it’s first long road trip. We stopped twice for a charge, once in Pueblo where we had to wait about 20 minutes before a charger became available and the second in Rocky Mount New Mexico.
We arrived at the hotel about 2:30 and checked in. We registered for the event and attended the welcoming reception in the hotel about four o’clock. Afterwards we had drinks on the terrace as the sun went down. Being not too hungry we decided on ice cream from Haagen Dazs for dinner.
The hotel has two slow chargers available, so we were able to plug in the Macan and charge overnight.
